Currently, if a potential client does not approve within the timeframe you have to create an entirely new proposal which is ludicrous and a waste of time, literally having to carbon copy a new one out. You should be able to go into lapsed proposal...

Proposal need to editable

It seems that once a proposal is made and sent to the client it canot be changed. Ideally it needs to be able to be changed and resent to client in case of disagreement or change of terms.

When proposals approved by client message needs to be sent to accountant

When a proposal is approved by the client, the client gets an email telling them their proposal is live but the accountant doesnt even know they have approved. Accountant needs an email too.
