It seems that once a proposal is made and sent to the client it canot be changed. Ideally it needs to be able to be changed and resent to client in case of disagreement or change of terms.
When proposals approved by client message needs to be sent to accountant
When a proposal is approved by the client, the client gets an email telling them their proposal is live but the accountant doesnt even know they have approved. Accountant needs an email too.
We work on an hourly basis and not fixed fee so the current proposal manager is not usable in its current form. Ideally we would like to select the different tasks or processes to complete for the client (exactly like what can be done now) to then...

Add logic to "Billed every year going forward" text on proposal documents
Under one off billing types there is a sentence "Billed every year going forward" even when you choose one off cost. This should be removed as it is confusing for clients who only have a one off service.
