As with emails, be able to view texts and whatsapp messaged from clients. Some send pictures via whatsapp that could then be stored in documents section.

Task Calender/list

Only showing tasks on the calendar/task list for individuals at that job stage rather than showing all job stages even if overdue. This should stop the 'clutter' and multiple jobs stages showing up for one client if the job is overdue.

Task commencement and due dates should be based on date job comes in.

It does not make sense that the commencement and due dates of tasks are based on the job year end. You cannot start a jobs until you have received the records from a client, so the task commencement and due dates should be based on the date record...
