We need more additional column under general information section to keep clients additional information, such as notes, log in details, etc

Ability to migrate clients from one Elements account to another

For example, where one Accountancy practice has taken over another Accountancy practice who also used IRIS Elements and wishes to migrate their clients into the main version of IRIS Elements.
