The system provides a button to Mark a client as active or inactive when you view the client in the "Client list". It would be helpful to add such a button in the Action menu of the Dashboard. Please see the attachment.
Each client has a unique link in the browser web address. It'd be v helpful to be able to see all such URLs in the client list, which we can then copy & paste into our CRM to basically navigate from that client CRM direct to their tax returns
Taxfiler gave the option to create a back up of the client and data prior to deletion. Clients sometimes return and it gives a useful back up to restore if this happens or if there are later queries such as an HMRC enquiry.
