I have a process of setting up meetings and I want to autofill a time for a meeting into emails, but I've had to manually add 24 hours of 15-minute intervals into a look-up table which took far too long. You could add this for everyone easily.
Client Portal to upload documents not necessary for signature
It would be great if the portal could be used to share all documents not just ones for signature. We send covering letters and it looks weird asking the client to approve the letter.
When we send an from a template confirming the VAT amount due and the quarter it relates to, it would be useful if you could populate these details in the job/task so it feeds through as a placeholder.

Rather than having to download a PDF and then upload into the Documents section to email to the client, it would useful to allow them to be stored there by the click of a button.

Only showing tasks on the calendar/task list for individuals at that job stage rather than showing all job stages even if overdue. This should stop the 'clutter' and multiple jobs stages showing up for one client if the job is overdue.
Would be ideal if , as on taxfiler, the address could be displayed as you would see on an envelope then be easier to just copy and paste to invoices ,letters etc
