Appointment or resignation date on company information page

It would be good to have an option to have a date next to the directors name on appointment or resignation. Eg. Mr M Smith (appointed 01/01/2023).

LTD COMPANY AS SHAREHOLDER IN COMPANY FORMATION

At the moment, if we want to add a LTD COMPANY as shareholder in company formation, the system does not allow it. It is not good if we want to create a company which will be a subsidiary of another company. Can you urgently look into this? Thanks.

Ability to change standard accounting policies and notes to the accounts

Standard accounting policies such as turnover and depreciation do not always apply and often contain information that is not relevant. it would be very helpful to be able to replace standard policies. This is a feature in PTP accounts production.

Ability to delete journal adjustments & custom narratives within each line of a journal rather than a single narative description in Accounts Production

Would be useful to be able to delete a journal, prehaps use a red cross or bin icon to click and delete. Would be useful to not have the main adjustment description with the ability to manually enter different descriptions within the same journal.
