We are currently swiching between our appoinmtnet system and IRIS Elements. It will help the orgnisation of the practice if the appointment booking system like outlook calander is added to practice manager to book appointment and send SMS reminder. This functionality can be extended to cleint portal to allow them to pick a date and book appointmt.
