Atm, we click a button, and hope client gets an email which we can't control in anyway. If they don't obviously get it, they ask what it should look like...we don't know as we can't see it!
Senta has this much better, where clicking activation sends a draft to the practice outbox. You can tailor this and decide on timing, or (as we did) you can cut relevant bits of it out to include in a normal email exchange with the client.
