Integration of Proposal Manager and Practice Management client page

Currently for any client there is no link between the client page and their proposal/letter of engagement. Users need to leave the client page, go to Proposal Manager, enter the client name into the search bar, search for the current Proposal based on the start dates, view the document and then navigate back to the client page in order to use that information to set services and reference the information during onboarding.
There is no function to track which clients have been sent proposals and which have accepted them.
Proposal Manager should be integrated so that the client lists can reflect the status of the proposals that have been sent and accepted, and proposals sent and accepted should be stored and viewable on the client page. The client status should change after acceptance and immediately begin the onboarding process without the user manually checking their personal email account, searching for the client in proposal manager and then manually linking that information with the client page.
Users are also not able to view any information from the proposal in the client details. You should be able to automatically link the relevant information into fields for automation and avoid repeated data entry.


-Adding a tab to the Practice Management client details page to store proposals, much like the documents tab.
-Adding fields that retrieve information from the accepted proposal, like the start date of the current proposal, and the active end of financial year, services agreed on etc
-Linking the acceptance of the proposal to the current client state. i.e. from 'Prospect' to 'Client'
-Connecting Proposal Manager to the client portal so that clients are able to view their proposal and letter of engagement from within the client portal



Uses:
Able to skip navigating away from the client page and into Proposal Manager in order to check current and past proposals and letters of engagement.
Being able to track and identify prospects who have not accepted their proposal
Avoiding repeated manual data entry after it's been entered into a proposal
Being able to track prospects who are in need of a proposal writing
Being able to reference start dates and financial year in placeholders and services.
Being able to automatically change client state from 'Prospect' to 'Client' upon acceptance of the proposal and kick start the onboarding jobs.
Automatically link services agreed on in the proposal to the services in the client page.
