It's quite annoying that you can't edit the KYC data once completed. You have to go through the whole process again. Which is time consuming and unnecessary when you just need to update one or two sections.
Thanks Jane, we'd like to introduce a feature called Quickstart, whereby you can copy responses from a previous Risk assessment or KYC assessment. You would then be able to keep the answers as they were (or make small changes as needed) and sign off really quickly. Would this be useful?
I totally agree with this, can there not be a way to transfer the data and then amend as necessary to create the new KYC
Similarly button or check box to say the risk assessment and KYC has has been reviewed and no changes, this would save huge amounts of time
