Being able to use the same email address for the portal for individuals and Business
A lot of clients have the same email address, so if I was wanting to activate a portal for the individual and then one for the business they would have to have 2 portals and 2 logins, which is not convenient for them.
Please note we are working on a solution that will allow email addresses and Contacts to be shared across multiple clients. We hope to enable this as soon as possible.
We definitely need them sorted, as I have clients who has 4 different businesses and uses one single email. I am unable to ask the client to set up 4 different portals for all his businesses as this is not professional and the client is not ready to do it either.
We are planning to enhance the portal function in Feb 2025 to allow for one set of login credentials to access multiple clients within the portal
