Company Secretarial function is very basic. The ability to maintain company details including share registers would be very helpful. A like for like comparison with IRIS Accountancy Suite (Desktop version)
We completely agree and are working towards a solution. We still don’t have any definitive timelines, but once we do have something more concrete we will share in this thread.
I would have thought maintaining the Share Register would have been an essential and basic element of the Company Secretarial app. I cannot believe it is not there.

There are plans to offer different levels of Company Secretarial - however there are currently no timescales available
