To be able to see all the recently worked on accounts and tax returns from the dashboard regardless (Same as Classic Taxfiler)
Cannot view all the recently worked out accounts/ tax returns in one view/ place - we have to manually go into each client/ select the spefici tax years.

Almost two years since this was created and nothing implimented. This would be a great time-saver instead of having to search the client each time. Please consider prioritising this suggestion.
This is something I really miss from Taxfiler. I am a sole trader, and work on loads of different jobs at the same time, going between jobs etc, so having a recent activity tab would be a godsend - sometimes just to remind me what I have been working on...
So far this is the thing I miss most from Taxfiler - working on a partnership for example takes ages to navigate between the partnership and the partners SA returns
This would be so helpful - generally the most recent 10 clients are those I wish to go back into, so it saves a lot of time flicking through screens when you can see the most recently accessed and pull up one from the list.
On trial from TaxFiler at the moment and the first thing I missed was that apps list of current jobs right on the front page! Pie charts are fun, but I'd rather be able to click the accounts or tax return I was in the process of preparing.

Any update on this? I seem to spend more time looking for a client than I do actually completing the work!!

Any update on this please- This is really important, colleagues? It is very difficult to remember all of the accounts accessed etc

Very disappointing not to see this in IRIS Elements by default.

Agreed having to search on the client list for recent work is time consuming. I would also like to be able to look for RECENT ACCOUNTS and TAX RETURNS
What sort of software doesn't have a "Recently used" list!
