When creating a proposal, the monthly recurring amounts quoted are NET of VAT and therefore will not match the monthly DD amount that a client is required to pay potentially leading to confusion or worse.
I would like the GROSS monthly recurring amounts to be displayed on the proposal for clarity.
Agreed.
Clients should be able to see EXACTLY how much will be leaving their account each month. Not just the net, and then the annual broken down.
Ideally, for better reading it should have yearly and monthly side by side, net total, VAT and gross at the bottom of each column so that the client knows exactly what the monthly and annual costs are.
Really not user friendly at the moment.
