Elements AML is where we add all the information, complete assessments etc, there should be an option of not only when an engagement letter has been sent to a client when they are onboarded but also when the client has signed (or a reminder if they havent) and another reminder when the client needs to sent updated engagement letters after 3 years. The first demo i saw many many years ago for IRIS Elements had these features.
