Currently, IRIS Elements Practice Management allows users to view sent and received emails only on an individual client basis under the client dashboard’s "Email" tab. While this is useful, it becomes time-consuming when managing multiple client queries across a team.
I would like to request a feature that enables users to view a consolidated list of all emails received from all clients, with filters to select date ranges such as last 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, etc. This would significantly improve task tracking and help users quickly identify pending queries or follow-up items across the client base without having to open each client record individually.
Benefits:
Saves time for accountants and practice staff
Improves workflow visibility and task prioritisation
Enhances client service by enabling quicker follow-up
Suggested Functionality:
A new “Email overview” or “Inbox summary” tab at practice level
Filter options by received date, client name, subject keyword
Option to mark items as reviewed or responded
This enhancement would make IRIS Elements even more effective for day-to-day practice management.
