There should be a filter for jobs where we can add labels that can later be filtered rather than just starred or flagged. E.g, if I send documents for approval to client & waiting, I can label that job as "Waiting approval" which can be filter...

VAT amount payable

When we send an from a template confirming the VAT amount due and the quarter it relates to, it would be useful if you could populate these details in the job/task so it feeds through as a placeholder.

Upload Tax Return into Documents

Rather than having to download a PDF and then upload into the Documents section to email to the client, it would useful to allow them to be stored there by the click of a button.
