Email signature personalisation

It would be useful to be able to replicate our email signature from outlook in elements so that clients can see that the emails have been sent from us and are legitimate. I can't currently figure out how to add pictures in to the signature settings.

Ability to sort client list by surname

When using Tax the client list sorts by first name, I would prefer by surname or the ability to choose.

I have a process of setting up meetings and I want to autofill a time for a meeting into emails, but I've had to manually add 24 hours of 15-minute intervals into a look-up table which took far too long. You could add this for everyone easily.
