Only showing tasks on the calendar/task list for individuals at that job stage rather than showing all job stages even if overdue. This should stop the 'clutter' and multiple jobs stages showing up for one client if the job is overdue.

On the home Screen could another option be added to show that an RA is not required for this client. So yo end up with High, Normal, Low, Not required and no risk - ie last category are awaiting for RA to be performed.
