I'm very surprised this feature wasn't implemented before migrating users from TaxFiler to IRIS. Personally, and from speaking with other practice users, I would have considered an alternative solution had I known this critical privacy setting was not available in IRIS.
Can we kindly request an update on when this feature will be rolled out?
This feature has been released now.

I'm pleased to let you know that this is something we have planned and are working through the details of as I type this comment.
Client security/privacy is being delivered as a platform-wide solution, not just Accounts Production, so that all customers can take advantage.
