I would like to send new engagement letters / up date proposals etc to existing clients for whom all their information - names addresses etc are already within my Elements Tax & Accounts (having migrated from Taxfiler). I do not want to have to re enter all these details again. I do not have / need Elements Practice Manager as I am a sole director/trader.
I would like to have a seamless integration between Elements Tax & Accounts and Proposal Manager of the data held for each client.
I had hoped when migrating to Elements that all the various "Elements" of the whole programme suite would automatically integrate with each other, saving admin time and the possibility of mistakes and omissions when having to re-enter existing information.
Hi, thanks for adding this idea... when creating a proposal from the Action menu in the client record, the client info should populate in the Proposal form. I can see from some basic testing that this is not working in all cases. I will continue investigating and hopefully get this sorted in due course.
