Increase functionality of Company Secretarial

Company Secretarial function is very basic. The ability to maintain company details including share registers would be very helpful. A like for like comparison with IRIS Accountancy Suite (Desktop version)

Let me file CS01s with Companies House on a PAYG basis

I'd like to be able to file CS01s without having to commit to a full Company Secretarial licence.
