Search client by Submission Status

We need to be able to search for clients that have not had a self-assessment prepared for the current tax year. This is to enable and stop any client returns being missed/delayed.

Export clients to excel

To include columns whether clients returns have been submitted/ accepted to HMRC or Companies House so you can easily reconcile all clients to see if you have many outstanding left in different tax years or months.

To be able to see all the recently worked on accounts and tax returns from the dashboard regardless (Same as Classic Taxfiler)

Cannot view all the recently worked out accounts/ tax returns in one view/ place - we have to manually go into each client/ select the spefici tax years.

Archive, Delete and Restore clients in Iris Elements

We were able to Archive, Delete and Restore clients in taxfiler. I tried deleting the client in Iris Elements but there appears to be no option to save the client file before deleting or restoring afterwards.

Ability to link associated companies

In relationships, it will be useful to add associated companies as this needs to be picked up for CT calculations

URL link for client visible in client list

Each client has a unique link in the browser web address. It'd be v helpful to be able to see all such URLs in the client list, which we can then copy & paste into our CRM to basically navigate from that client CRM direct to their tax returns

Report - list of clients with a specific year end

On Taxfiler it was possible to run a report with a list of clients then filter the list so it only included Ltd company clients with a year end of say March

Ability to update the client status

Currently unable to switch between a non-client and client status, and unable to mark clients as dissolved, former client etc. Not sure why this was ever removed but support confirmed it wasn't currently available?
