Being able to use the same email address for the portal for individuals and Business

A lot of clients have the same email address, so if I was wanting to activate a portal for the individual and then one for the business they would have to have 2 portals and 2 logins, which is not convenient for them.

One click ability to email every client avoiding duplications due to multiple entities

When emailing a newsletter to multiple or all clients, i find that certain clients will get 5 emails - because they are the contact for 5 Limited companies - this feature should address/avoid duplications

Ability to search emails synced with Office 365 within client dashboard emails that just listing

Easier to find emails for a client relating to subject rather than looking down whole list of emails for clients.
