Ability to tick and mark multiple jobs as complete from the job/tasks page, as i am finding everything to do with practice management involves an excessive amount of clicking and going from page to page.

Add 'time' to the lookups in PM

I have a process of setting up meetings and I want to autofill a time for a meeting into emails, but I've had to manually add 24 hours of 15-minute intervals into a look-up table which took far too long. You could add this for everyone easily.

Task Calender/list

Only showing tasks on the calendar/task list for individuals at that job stage rather than showing all job stages even if overdue. This should stop the 'clutter' and multiple jobs stages showing up for one client if the job is overdue.

Additional column/ free space
